Join us for a full day celebration of music and art at our annual Spring Music & Art Festival! This free event is designed to bring together musicians, artists, and the local community for a vibrant experience of creativity and culture.
Morning Sessions (10:00 AM – 1:00 PM):
The festival kicks off with interactive workshops designed for all ages and skill levels. At 10 AM, our music workshop welcomes beginner and intermediate players to explore rhythm, melody, and ensemble playing. Led by experienced local musicians, this session encourages hands-on participation, whether you play an instrument or simply want to learn about musical basics.
Meanwhile, the adjoining art studio hosts a visual arts workshop focusing on mixed media techniques. Participants will learn how to combine painting, collage, and drawing materials to create unique artworks inspired by music themes. Children and adults alike are encouraged to experiment and express themselves.
Lunch Break (1:00 PM – 2:00 PM):
Enjoy a casual, self-managed lunch break in our garden courtyard. Local vendors will offer refreshments and light snacks, fostering community mingling in a relaxed atmosphere.
Afternoon Sessions (2:00 PM – 6:00 PM):
The afternoon features live performances on our main stage. From 2 PM, local music ensembles perform genres ranging from jazz and folk to contemporary compositions. Each act showcases the rich musical diversity of our region and highlights emerging talent.
At 4 PM, join a panel discussion titled “The Future of Community Arts,” featuring local artists, educators, and cultural organizers. They will explore how music and art can shape community identity, support wellbeing, and foster inclusion.
The festival concludes with an open mic session starting at 5 PM, inviting attendees to share their own musical or poetic creations. This session offers a unique chance for personal expression and community connection.
